This week I am looking at ten exciting new interiors products I\u2019ve come across in the last couple of months. There are so many great innovative launches at the moment \u2013 it\u2019s such an exciting time to be an interior designer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainable lighting from Tom Raffield<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Masters at crafting sustainable, artisan homeware, Tom Raffield have launched a new asymmetrical lighting collection. From the Latin \u2018to spin’, the Verso Lighting Collection offers six brand new sculptural designs, showcasing the beauty found in the swooping motion of falling leaves in the wind.\u00a0Each design is handcrafted with skill and attention to detail and made from sustainably sourced FSC wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flecks White is a showstopping alternative to traditional terrazzo, swapping smaller chips for oversized shards in tan, grey, blue and beige. Joining Flecks is a modern take on this timeless tile trend, it swaps cement for porcelain for a durable and easy-to-maintain look. These subtle wall and floor tiles are perfect for creating striking, if understated, features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew Williamson designer rugs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Matthew Williamson is an award-winning, British interior designer who is well known for his unique and unrivalled use of bold patterns and colours. He has now added rugs to his collection of gorgeous homewares.\u00a0\u00a0Each stunning rug is made from a mix of wool and viscose (which makes them more hardwearing) and come in a variety of sizes from runner to large 2m x 3m. Matthew\u2019s use of colour, pattern and his love for bold and beautiful designs, works exceptionally well in this contemporary rug collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Canezza designs from Designers Guild are made from wide-width washed chenille.\u00a0<\/strong>It offers superb drape and handle and comes in gorgeous shades from earthy neutrals to rich shades of colour. Perfect for stylish curtains, cushions and blinds, it\u2019s incredibly hard wearing for upholstery and is also machine washable which makes it a really great choice for family homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a big fan of Mini Moderns and their Festival Wallpaper collection, designed\u00a0to celebrate the 1951 Festival of Britain, depicts various pavilions and structures designed for the exhibition. Printed in the UK using water-based inks on FSC certified paper, you can simply paste the wall and put these papers up in a few minutes. I love this High Tide design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Livingetc x Bert & May collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of my favourite magazines, LIvingetc, has designed a new tile collection for Bert & May.\u00a0This Arch Collection of encaustic tiles features graphic patterns in clean, architectural lines and soft, richly pigmented colours. You can join the caps to create circles, or rows of semi circles, or just place one individually at random to create a unique aesthetic – the columns can become a datum line or vertical stripes. The blend of natural pigments, cement, sand and marble means they have a \u2018perfectly imperfect\u2019 chalky finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deckchair inspired outdoor cushions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I love these deckchair inspired striped woven seat pads from Graham and Green. You\u2019ll feel like you are out enjoying a day at the beach rather than in the garden! They come in lots of other colours and in a different sizes including a nice long one for benches or sun loungers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
