Chopping boards, utensils,\nstorage containers and mixing bowls are just some of the items commonly made of\nplastic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t recommend throwing away perfectly good plastic\nutensils for the sake of ridding your home of plastic. I prefer metal because it\u2019s easier to clean and maintain. Also\nyou can\u2019t accidentally melt or set fire to metal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These <a href=\"https:\/\/www.johnlewis.com\/john-lewis-partners-stainless-steel-kitchen-utensils-set-of-4\/rose-gold\/p4567069\">rose\ngold utensils<\/a> from John Lewis are beautiful and practical. At \u00a325 for a set\nof four, they\u2019re not cheap but they will last a lifetime if you look after\nthem. They\u2019re great\nfor storing dry foods but can also be used for leftovers, growing herbs, making\ncold brew coffee and anything else you can think of. It\u2019s basically ticking all the eco-friendly boxes and it looks incredible to boot, so it\u2019s great for prepping and serving food.
