The Future Starts Here, exhibition at the V&A, London This is a fascinating exhibition by the V&A\u2019s Contemporary Architecture, Design and Digital team exploring the not-too-distant future of design. Covering just about every area of design, from smart appliances to artificial intelligence, the exhibition maps out what the near future could look like.<\/p>\n Find out more here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Clerkenwell Design Week<\/strong> Clerkenwell is home to more creative businesses and architects per square mile than anywhere else in the world. This small area of London is an exciting and thriving design hub, and Clerkenwell Design Week was established to celebrate that. Over the past nine years, Clerkenwell Design Week has become an important event in the design calendar, showcasing leading brands from the UK and abroad. Exploring the theme of \u2018identity\u2019, events across the capital will include exhibitions, talks, architectural installations, family events and walking tours.<\/p>\n Learn more here<\/a>.<\/p>\n The House & Garden Festival, Olympia London<\/strong> With four events under one banner, the House & Garden show is an expansive look at the world of interiors (and exteriors, of course). With the Arts & Antiques Fair (now in its 46th<\/sup> year), the House Fair, Spirit of Summer and Grow London, there\u2019s a lot to take in. I recommend visiting over at least two days to make the most of it.<\/p>\n Tickets and more here.<\/a><\/p>\n London Design Festival<\/strong> \u201cLondon Design Festival celebrates and promotes London as the design capital of the world.\u201d With hundreds of events across a number of different shows, LDF is one of the most important events on any design professional\u2019s calendar. But it\u2019s not just for professionals. LDF is open to everyone and there are plenty of exhibitions to spark anyone\u2019s interest.<\/p>\n
